DogCoach is made by AuraBull. This policy explains, in plain language, how DogCoach handles your data. The short version: it does not leave your device.
DogCoach stores everything you enter, your dog's profile, health notes, training logs, and any photos you attach, directly on your phone using local device storage (AsyncStorage) and local photo files. We do not run a backend server for your data, and there are no user accounts to sign into.
If you attach a photo to a health or training entry, it is stored as a file on your device only. DogCoach requests photo-library access solely so you can pick and attach a photo you choose. Photos are never uploaded anywhere by the app.
If you generate a PDF report (for example, to share with a veterinarian or trainer), it is created entirely on your device. It is only shared if and where you choose to share it, using your device's own share options. We never see or receive a copy.
If DogCoach offers a paid subscription, all payment processing is handled entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. Billing questions are handled through your App Store or Play Store account, not by us.
You are always in control. To delete everything DogCoach has stored, go to My Dog > Settings > Delete all data. This removes all entries and photos from your device.
Since nothing is stored anywhere else, simply uninstalling the app also permanently removes all of your DogCoach data.
DogCoach helps you record observations about your dog. It is not veterinary advice, and it does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical guidance. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for health concerns about your dog.
